Our team is aware that in some cases, the timer can desync, causing the opponent to make moves when it seems their time has run out.
Please rest assured that this is only a visual interface issue and that it did not cause your opponent to have an advantage. The timer is still being tracked correctly in our systems, and the opponent's turn would end as expected within the usual limits.
From the opponent's side, the timer looks normal, so they can see themselves playing within the timer's restrictions.
We're working to find a solution for the timer not displaying correctly, even though it is working correctly, and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.
