The game closing (crashing) can happen for a variety of reasons. We continuously work to maintain the best possible performance and stability on our end, and we understand that losing items to technical issues is frustrating.
To minimize the risk of these problems occurring, there are a few steps you could try:
- Update the game to the latest version in the App Store / Google Play.
- Delete unused apps on your device to free up storage.
- Avoid switching to other apps while playing a match.
- Close other apps that are running in the background.
If crashes continue to happen after following the steps above, there are also a few additional steps that may help based on your device:
iOS:
- Make sure your device is updated: Settings → General → Software Update.
- Fully delete the app and reinstall it, but only if your account is linked to Apple or Facebook, so you can easily get back into your account.
Android:
- Update Android: Settings → System → System update (the menu may vary).
- Clear the game cache: Settings → Apps → Match Masters → Storage → Clear cache.
