Social Media Troubleshooting Steps

You may sometimes have issues opening our social links and rewards which don't take you to the game to collect. 

Please make sure that you only access links that come from our verified Match Masters social accounts.

Here are some troubleshooting steps to possibly prevent this from happening according to each social channel. (Who have this ability available)

You can first try disabling your WIFI before clicking on the link to see if that helps. If not, try the following.

Facebook App - Android:

- Go to Your Profile

- Settings & Privacy 

- Videos and Photos

- Links

- "Open in external browser" > Toggle "ON"

Facebook App - iOS:

- Go to Your Profile

- Settings & Privacy

- Settings

- Media

- Scroll down and find "Links"

- "Open in external browser" > Toggle "ON"

Instagram App - Android:

- Go to Your Profile

- Settings & Activity

- Website Permissions

- Message Links

- "Open in external browser" > Toggle "ON"

Instagram App - iOS:

- Go to Your Profile

- Settings and activity

- Scroll down and find "Your app and media"

- Website permissions

- Message links

- "Open in external browser" > Toggle "ON"

Messenger App:

Messenger daily gifts can only be claimed from the links received in your Messenger conversation with our official channel. Make sure Match Masters isn't blocked on Facebook or Messenger. Here's how!

- Go to Your Profile Settings

- Photos & Media

- "Open links in external browser" > Toggle "ON"

- Go to Your Profile

- Settings

- Web Browser

- Choose "External Browser"

- Go to your profile icon in the top-left corner

- Toggle OFF "Use in-app browser"
