If you’re trying to access a game account that is connected to Facebook/Google/Apple:
1. Navigate to the menu, then choose “connect account”. Sign in with the Facebook/Google/Apple account that is linked to the game account you want to access.
2. Select “Switch to this profile” to log into the account.
If your current account is connected to both Facebook and Google/Apple and you have a second account you would like to play on that is already connected to a different Facebook/Google/Apple account, you will need to reinstall the game.
After reinstalling:
1. Select “Keep this profile” to allow you to use the “connect account” option in the menu that was previously blocked.
2. Make sure you are connected to the right Facebook/Google/Apple account on your device.
3. Navigate to the menu on the new account, then “connect account”. Sign in with the Facebook/Google/Apple account that is linked to the game account you want to access.
4. Select “Switch to this profile” to log into the account.
If you have previously connected your Facebook/Google/Apple account to a game account you no longer use, you can transfer the connection to your current account:
1. Open the game on the current account that you want to connect to Facebook/Google/Apple
2. Navigate to the menu, then choose “connect account”. Sign in with the Facebook/Google/Apple account that you want to use for the game account.
3. Select the “Link this profile” option.
**Keep in mind that using this option will prevent you from being able to access the old account using the Facebook/Google/Apple account.
If you already have a Match Masters account you cannot access using the above methods, please contact our support team with the answers to the following questions :
- What was your full Player Name in the game?
- Were you a member of a team? If so, what is the name of the team?
- Can you remember the full Player Name of one of your friends in the game?
If you still have access to your old account from another device, you can try sending us a message to support with the ticket number linked to your newest support ticket (from your new account), this should help us locate your old account you cannot access.
If there is any additional information that you can provide us with, that would help us locate your old account, please attach it to your email as well.
