Matches Keep Getting Canceled

If you experienced your game getting canceled, this most likely happens when your opponent disconnects from our servers after a match has been found but before the match has had a chance to begin.

Thankfully when this happens, the game is considered to not have taken place so you won't lose the boosters or perks you had selected for that match.

We understand that this can be quite frustrating and we can assure you that we are continually working on ways to minimize cancelled games. One way we do this is when players who repeatedly cancel games, they are charged for their booster.
