Didn't Receive Tournament Prizes

Tournament prizes are shown on the tournament banner.

Different tournaments have different prizes; tournaments with a larger amount of participants usually offer more prizes for players that finished in 1st and 2nd place too. Smaller tournaments only give prizes to 1st place. 

Please make sure that the tournament you played is eligible for more than just 1st place.

If you were supposed to receive a prize but got a different one / didn't get one at all, please make sure it's not due to the following reasons: 

Your prizes could take a while to come - please try to restart the app and see if your prizes appear. Please also wait a couple of minutes to see if they come in.

You played multiple tournaments - as mentioned above, sometimes a delay can occur in the prizes you receive. You may have received a prize different from the one shown because it is a prize you have won before that has come in delay.
