The Team Events are a team effort that must meet the minimum requirements in order to receive the rewards.
Please check with your teammates first to see if they have received their team events and rewards. If they have not, or they have and you didn't respectively check the following conditions to see if any of them apply to you:
- Your team did not earn enough stars to get the team reward. Hopefully next week, your team will be more active and you will earn enough points to win the rewards.
- Once a new team event has begun & with it a new challenge for the team rewards, any new players joining within that time frame will not be able to receive the reward. So if you joined after a team event started, you won't be eligible to participate or receive that reward, however, this won't apply for the next team event.

Please note:
Team Events only activate once there are 3 members on the team.
Team boxes are awarded once the challenge is finished.
