Overcharged on purchase

Please contact our Support Team for any purchase-related issue by pressing the Contact Us button on your game menu. Please do not forget to include your receipt(s) of the purchases you want us to look into. You can find your receipt number by following the steps provided by Google here:

iOS Purchases

Orders processed by Apple do not necessarily correspond with the exact date the order was placed.

When you place an order, Apple may keep it in a pending state (which can last up to a month) until the transaction is processed. After the transaction is processed, you will be issued a receipt. This can result in several receipts being issued at once for purchases you've made over a longer period of time, and it may seem as if you have been overcharged for a recent purchase you made in the game.

Please look over your past purchases and receipts to see if it adds up. If you still have an issue concerning the payments, please contact our Support Team. You can find your receipt number by following the steps provided by Apple here:
